“Trajektorie rozwoju zdolności” to określenie zaczerpnięte z Mega Modelu Zdolności Reny F. Subotnik, Franka Worrella oraz Pauli Olszewski-Kubilius. Wskazuje ono na fakt, że moment rozpoczęcia oraz droga rozwoju są odmienne dla różnych zdolności kierunkowych. W wielu dziedzinach, np. sporcie, muzyce, niezbędne jest bardzo wczesne rozpoczęcie rozwoju, by móc osiągnąć obiektywne sukcesy. Przy tym uwarunkowania środowiskowe i psychologiczne, które sprzyjają lub utrudniają rozwój, muszą być brane pod uwagę w oddziaływaniach pedagogicznych skierowanych wobec osób zdolnych.
Obrady konferencji dotykać będą tematów, które związane są z odkrywaniem, rozwojem zdolności (w tym twórczych) oraz drogami prowadzącymi do sukcesów lub przyczynami ich braku. Proponujemy, by tematyka obrad w sekcjach koncentrowała się wokół:
- zdolności: dziecka, ucznia, osoby dorosłej – uwarunkowań ich rozpoznawania i rozwoju, w tym motywatorów i inhibitorów rodzinnych, szkolnych, rówieśniczych i psychospołecznych
- zdolności twórczych jako warunku niezbędnego do budowania wybitnych osiągnięć
- zdolności kierunkowych, w szczególności poza szkolnych, nietypowych, związanych z urzeczywistnianiem pasji
- form wspierania rozwoju zdolności kierunkowych, w szczególności zajęć pozalekcyjnych, stypendiów, ośrodków nauki, sztuki i sportu
- koncepcji metodologicznych związanych z realizacją badań w obszarze zdolności i twórczości
- oraz innych, nowych, unikatowych obszarów badawczych zaproponowanych przez prelegentów
Session topics
"Trajectories of talent development" is a term taken from the Mega Model of Talent by Rena F. Subotnik, Frank Worrell and Paula Olszewski-Kubilius. It indicates that the moment of onset and the path of development vary for different directional talents. In many fields, e.g. sports or music, it is necessary to start talent development very early in order to achieve objective success. At the same time, environmental and psychological conditions that favor or hinder development must be taken into account in pedagogical interactions aimed at gifted people.
The deliberations of the conference will address topics that are related to the discovery, and development of talents (including creative talents) and the paths leading to success or the reasons for their absence. We propose that the topics of the sessions in the sections should focus on:
- talents: of the child, student, and adult - the determinants of their recognition and development, including family, school, peer and psychosocial motivators and inhibitors
- creative talents as a prerequisite for building outstanding achievements
- directional talents, especially out-of-school, atypical talents, related to the realization of passions and hobbies
- forms of supporting the development of directional talents, in particular, extracurricular activities, scholarships, science, art and sports centers
- methodological concepts related to the implementation of research in the area of talent and creativity
- and other new and unique research areas proposed by the speakers
